Got A Red Cross When Delivering a BBM Message ?

We received several questions about the red cross mark X in a message BlackBerry users in Indonesia with the example above. Usually when BBM messages sent will be performing “D – delivered” and “R – read” However the show is now sometimes a red X next to the message sent.
